If no such note/call is delivered/made, the athlete will be subject to suspension from the team. A suspension of one meet for every meet missed will be applied.
All team members are required to train with the team at all practices and to compete with the team at all assigned meets. The coaching staff stresses a TEAM atmosphere and it is necessary that all team members follow the training guidelines of the coaching staff. Training plans are periodized so each athlete maximizes their potential as the season progresses.
An athlete will be permitted to travel to a meet with his/her parents, with prior permission from the coach. No athlete is permitted to transport other team members in his/her car without a note from a parent/guardian.
Team uniforms are not to be worn for practice. All athletes must wear proper uniforms to all meets. If a proper uniform is not worn, the athlete will not be allowed to participate in the meet. If a uniform is lost or stolen the athlete must pay the replacement cost.
