6:50pm / Varsity-Girls Group C
7:30pm / Freshmen-Boys All Groups
7:45pm / Freshmen-Girls All Groups
8:20pm / JV- Girls All Groups

Notes
-Bring your full uniform, training sneakers and racing shoes
-Prepare for warm and cool weather (bring sweats, jackets, extra socks, etc)
-Bring adequate water and food (snacks, sandwich, fruit, etc.)
