Millrose Participants: 3:00pm (Sydney, Amaya, Cassie, Leena, Felicia, Asiah, Justin, Greg, Nate, Branden)

Distance: Pre Meet on Your Own (You can come in at 3pm, if you want to get on the bike or run in the halls)

Sprints & Throws Groups: OPTIONAL, but recommended practice at 3:00pm
